It has stain-proof protection and stays mold and mildew-free for the life of the sealant. It can be exposed to water in as little as 4 hrs after application without washing out, putting the area in service sooner. KWIK SEAL ULTRA™ is 100% waterproof and crackproof, applies easily and smoothly, is low in odor, safe for granite and marble and cleans up water.
