Hillman 59134 Threaded Insert, 1/4-20 Thread, Steel, Zinc-Plated

A Hillman assortment of threaded inserts designed to add a threaded hole. They may be used to repair threaded holes, provide durable threaded holes in soft materials, place a thread on a material too thin to accept one, mold or cast threads into a work piece thereby eliminating the need for machine operation or to simplify changeover from unified to metric threads or vice versa. Included parts come in 10-24 thru 1/2-13 coarse UNC screw thread sizes.
